- What information should I include in my crowdfunding campaign?

- What is the timeline for projects to be studied?
Minimum of 10 working days before BHM Capital Crowd reaches a conclusion.
- How long will the project be displayed on the platform?
Minimum 15 days and Maximum 30 days.
- What is the minimum and maximum amount to request for Crowdfunding?
Minimum is AED 100,000 and maximum is AED 2,500,000
- What are the requirements to open an account as fundraiser/investor?

- For fundraisers:
Fundraiser Registration Fees: 1000 AED
Project Assessment: 1000 AED
Showcase on Platform: 100 AED/Day
Commission: 5% of Funds Raised
- For investors:
Commission: 3% of Amounts Paid
- What happens after a successful crowdfunding campaign?
Once the campaign is successfully funded, you will need to complete any necessary legal and regulatory requirements, finalize investment agreements, and distribute shares to investors. It’s crucial to keep communication channels open with your investors and provide updates on the progress of your business.
- What happens if I don't reach my funding goal?
In most cases, if you don’t reach your funding goal, the funds are returned to the contributors, and you do not receive any money.
